Using blogs for HOTS intergration with my 1st grade

Blogs would be great to use during any type of writing assignments so they are able to revise their peers assignments and give them ideas or any helpful changes they might want to do on their paper. This would encourage students to work with each other in a new and exciting way. Math could also be interrogated in this as well because they can see other classmates work to see how they figured out problems and see if that is an easier way for them to understand.Its a good tool to use for students to write in as if they were journals for when they  come in the mornings or even what they did over the weekend.

I like this blog which is  Mrs.Shapiro's first grade blog. Mrs. Shapiro's first grade blog has what they do during the week they are in school.It has great pictures of the kids and what was done during the lesson. I liked this blog because parents could view what their children are learning and doing at school.
